摘  要:传统的磷化膜主要用于耐腐蚀。主要研究一种耐磨性磷化膜,目的是提高磷化膜的耐磨性,使磷化膜可以作为一种固体润滑膜独立使用。按磷化的成膜机理,设计了耐磨复合磷化液配方。研究了磷化液主要成分的含量、温度、时间、酸比等工艺参数对磷化成膜的影响,并研究了复合磷化膜的耐磨性。结果表明:最佳磷化工艺为20g/L Zn(NO3)2、60g/L马日夫盐、15g/L Mn(NO3)2、2g/LNi(NO3)2、2g/L Ca(NO3)2、1g/L酒石酸,少量添加剂,温度60-70℃,时间10-15min。复合磷化膜为深灰黑色,细密针状结晶,孔隙分布均匀。磷化前的表面调整能提高磷化质量。复合磷化膜能有效降低摩擦副表面的摩擦因数,从原来的0.8降到0.2,提高了耐磨性。Compared with traditional erosion resistant phosphating, a kind of wear resistant phosphating was studied to improve the wear resistance of phosphate coating. Wear resistant phosphate coating can be used as a solid lubrication film. A composite phosphating solution was developed according to the mechanism of phosphating film forming. The effect of process parameters on phosphate coating were investigated including various metal ions, temperature, time, acid rate etc. Wear resistance of composite phosphate coating was investigated too. It can be found from the testing results that the best phosphating process is Zn(NO3)2 20g/L, Mn (H2PO4)2 60g/L, Mn(NO3)2 15 g/L, Ni(NO3)2 2g/ L,Ca(NO3)2 2g/L, tartaric acid 1g/L, some addition, 60-70℃, 10-15min. Composite phosphate coating is a black film with fine acicular crystal. Surface-adjust before phosphating can improve the quality of phosphate coating. Composite phosphate coating significantly decreases the friction coefficient from 0.8 to 0.1 and increases the wear resistance of materials.
