摘　　要：作为首部西方经济学的中译本,《富国策》向中国介绍了西方经济学的生产、交换、分配等理论以及亚当.斯密的分工理论、马尔萨斯的人口理论、空想社会主义学说等西方主要经济流派和思想。它的翻译刊行,对近代中国社会产生了深远影响。As the first book of Western Economy translated into Chinese, Tactics of Enriching the Country （Fuguoce） has introduced to China those theories on the production, the distribution and the exchange of wealth of Western economics as well as main economy schools and thoughts on Adam Smith＇ s division of labor, Malthus＇ s Essay on the Principle of Population, and utopian socialism. Its translation and publication has exerted an important influence on modem China＇s society.
