摘　　要：农业"大跃进"运动的兴起离不开当时的政治运作。在动员方式上,破除迷信,解放思想,打掉农民的自卑心理,提高其自信心,运用大众传媒进行舆论灌输,使整个社会步调一致,统一到对运动的支持上;在运动模式上,循序渐进,开展鸣放辩论;在运动伦理上,实现价值观的重构;在组织保障上,建立严密的基层权力网络结构体系,经过上下互动,使运动顺利地开展起来。The advent of the ＂Great Leap Forward＂ in agriculture was inseparable from the then political operations. In terms of mobilization, to get rid of blind faiths, to set free mentality, to wipe out the peasants＇ self- abasement and to heighten their confidence with the infusion of public opinions through mass media were advocated so as to make the whole society in step in supporting the movement ; in terms of the way the movement was carried out in, to advance gradually in due order, and the firing of one＇s ideas and debate were advocated; in terms of the ethics of the movement, it was necessary to realize the reconstruction of values; and in terms of organization, rigorous basic power networks were set up in odder to carry forward the movement smoothly through interactions between the leadership and the masses.
