摘　　要：管理素能提升是现代煤炭开采企业提高可持续发展能力的重要途径。以陕西黄陵某矿有限公司为例,对我国煤炭开采企业管理素能提升策略的方法和过程进行了论述。It is the important channel to increase modern coal mining enterprises＇ sustainability to improve basic essence and capability of business management. Take Shaanxi Huangling x Coal Mining Industry Co. , Ltd. an example, methods, process and strategy to increase basic essence and capability in coal mining companies were discussed.
