摘　　要：目的了解ICU护士的专业培训需求,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷于2008年2—3月对我国16家三级甲等综合医院ICU 622名护士进行专业培训需求调查,并采用多元回归分析其影响因素。结果ICU护士的专业培训需求评分为(2.20±0.63)分,表示ICU护士对专业培训处于需要水平,其中"掌握和运用专科技术"需求最大;多元回归分析显示ICU护士职务、学历是影响专业培训需求的因素。结论ICU护士对专业培训处于需要水平;ICU护士专业培训需求受其专科职务、学历等因素影响。应重视ICU护士的系统化、规范化培训,在内容上着重加强ICU先进技术、技能培训;采取大型的、专业的、系统的培训方式,并实施分层次、能级对应的培训。Objective To investigate the demands for professional training of the ICU nurses and explore the influential factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the demands among 622 nurses from 16 Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals in China. The influential factors were analyzed with multiple regression analysis. Results The demands for professional training of the ICU nurses were scored （2.20±0.63）, indicating they were in demand for ICU training. The demand for ＂mastering and using ICU techniques＂ was on the top. Multiple regression analysis showed the influential factors involved position and education background, Conclusion ICU nurses demand for professional training, but their demands are influenced by their position and education background. We should pay great attention to the systematic and standardized training of ICU nurses, focusing on advanced technology in ICU, technique training, using large-scale, professional and systematic training mode and implementing the training at different levels.
