摘　　要：形成并强化办学特色,坚持和弘扬办学特色作为提高大学核心竞争力的基本战略已为越来越多的人所认识。只有在发展中强化特色,才能逐步形成其独特的核心竞争力,才能完成对核心竞争力的培育和运用。科学准确的办学定位是形成鲜明办学特色的基础;建立特色优势学科是形成办学特色的核心;必须积极推行人才培养模式改革,努力探索富有特色的文化育人的新途径;打造特色校园文化,为形成办学特色提供保证。It is increasingly recognized that forming and strengthening education characteristics, and sustaining and developing it are the fundamental strategy to boost the core competitiveness of a university. Only by strengthening its characteristics while developing, can the core competitiveness be gradually built and be developed and applied. Scientifically and accurately orientation is the base for the forming of education characteristic and building advantageous disciplines is the essence. A personnel training model reform must be carried through to explore new method, and building campus culture with characteristics is the guarantee.
