白血病患者血管内皮生长因子水平的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测白血病患者血清血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，veer）表达水平，探索其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对白血病患者、良性血液病患者及正常健康对照组血清VEGF表达水平进行检测，比较3组之间有无差异，以及治疗前后对比。结果72例初诊白血病患者的血清VECF为245．31±146．07pg／ml，明显高于正常对照组和良性血液病组（P均〈0．001）。45例治疗后患者取得完全缓解或部分缓解，治疗有效者VEGF水平169．29±67．43pg／ml，治疗前、治疗后比较差异有显著性（P=0．01）。结论VEGF与白血病发生发展密切相关，它对白血病治疗、病情监测及预后判断等具有指导意义。Objective To determine the vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）levels in serum of patients with leukemia and assess its clinical significance, Methods VEGFlevels in serum of patients with leukemia, non- malignant hematonosis and healthy control subjects were determined by enzyme linked- immunesorbent assay（ELISA）. Results Serum VEGFin 72 newly diagnosed leukemia patients were 245.31 ± 146.07 pg/ml, obviously higher than that of non- malignant hematonosis and healthy control（ P 〈 0.001）. In the 45 cases leukemia patients with complete remission（ CR） or partly remission （ PR ）, the serum cyclooxygenase - 2 levels were 169.29 ±67.43 pg/ml, obviously lower than that of pretherapy（ P = 0.01 ）. Conclusion VEGFis closely related to the genesis and progress（growth）of leukemia. It plays an important role in therapy,monitoring patients＇ condition and assessing prognosis of leukemia.
