摘　　要：农村流通改革的主要内容包括农村流通组织创新、农村流通方式创新、农村流通政策手段创新、农村流通管理体制创新。农村流通体制建设需要系统的思路和有力的组织保障,政府必须扮演好改革主体的角色,农村流通体制的改革需要政府部门、社会组织、企业、农民共同来参与,政府要建立健全流通政策支持体系,提高农村市场主体组织化程度。The reform of rural circulation mainly includes rural circulation organization innovation, rural circulation style innovation, rural circulation policy innovation and rural circulation management system innovation. The construction of rural circulation system needs systematic thought and powerful organization safeguard. The government must play a major role in this process. The reform of rural circulation system needs the cooperation of the corresponding departments of government, social organization, enterprises and peasants. The government should establish perfect supporting system of circulation policy to increase organization extent of rural market.
