摘 要:双转子电机应用于混合动力汽车,可以方便地构建出集电机驱动、差速和能量回收等功能于一体的无差速器四轮混动驱动系统。以永磁无刷直流型双转子电机为例,分析了作为电驱动桥动力源的双转子电机的工作原理,并建立了在SUV混合动力电动车上应用的动力性和经济性仿真模型。最后,以欧洲城市工况为例,利用仿真模型进行了动力性和经济性对比仿真。结果表明,新型混合动力方案在动力性略有提高的基础上百公里油耗比原型车下降了21.09%。The application of the anti-- directional-- bi-- rotor motor(ADBRM) to hybrid vehicles makes the assumption of construct a differential gearless four--wheel drive powertrain with the functions of propelling, differential and regeneration conveniently. Taking the type of permanent magnet brushless DC motor as an example, the stable operating condition of the ADBRM was discussed. Furthermore,a mathematical model of a certain hybrid sport utility vehicle(SUV) was built up to estimate the dynamics and economics. Finally,contradistinctive research was carried out between the original SUV and the hybrid SUV in condition of European city cycle. The results reveal the HEV saves 21.09% gas consumption and with a better performance in dynamics.
