摘  要:以淀粉对纤维的黏附性能为指标,评价经纱上浆过程中所使用的烷基羧酸钠浆纱助剂的耐硬水特性,探讨这种助剂的烷基碳链长度与耐硬水特性的关系,定量研究电解质的种类和含量对黏附性能的影响。实验结果表明:电解质的存在降低了烷基羧酸钠的使用效果,减弱了淀粉对棉纤维的黏附强度;烷基羧酸钠助剂的烷基碳链长度不同,其耐硬水特性也不尽相同,在8~18碳原子范围内,随着碳链长度的降低,耐硬水性能提高。The tolerance of sodium alkyl carboxylic acid auxiliaries to hard water was evaluated through measuring the influence of auxiliary upon the adhesion of starch to cotton.The relation between the alkyl carbon chain of the auxiliary and the tolerance to hard water was examined.The relevant relations between the adhesion and electrolyte type as well as electrolyte dosage were investigated.The experiment results demonstrate that the existence of electrolytes in starch paste decreases the serviceability of sodium alkyl carboxylic acid,which means that the adhesion to fibers reduces.Different carbon chain length in sodium alkyl carboxylic acid auxiliaries gives different tolerance to hard water.The tolerance increases with the decrease in length of the carbon chain when the carbon atom number of the chain is within 8 to 18.
