摘 要:当电网发生故障后,调度员必须根据故障情况,在满足相关约束条件下,快速地最大限度恢复停电负荷。电网的故障恢复是一个带约束的多目标优化问题,单纯从数学优化问题的角度来求解十分困难,且很难满足实际要求。针对这些特点,提出一种实用的配网故障恢复方法。该方法主要从图论的角度,利用图论的基本知识及运算法则,并通过建立厂站层和厂站内层的模型来表征整个配电网,再分层搜索,同时考虑实际操作中的开关操作次数、设备过载等因素。它能够快速、便捷地搜索并得到失电区域的供电恢复路径,为现场人员迅速恢复供电提供了有力的支持。目前故障恢复处理辅助系统已经投入试运行,满足预期各种功能,运行状态良好。The dispatchers must quickly resume the maximum power supply on the premise of related constraints when the fault occurs in the power network. The service restoration of a constrained power network is a multi-object optimization problem. It is difficult to solve only from the perspective of mathematical optimization, and to meet the practical requirements. A practical method for distribution system is proposed based on the characteristic of distribution system. Based on graph theory and graph operations, the whole distribution network is described by establishing models of substation layer and substation inner layer from view of graph theory. Hierarchical search is performed considering frequency of operating switch and device overload and some practical factors. It owns capability of hunting the restoration route fast and conveniently. It provides powerful support for the operation personnel to complete service restoration quickly. The service restoration system has been put into trial operation, and shows fine running condition which meets the expected functions.
