摘　　要：随着体育运动职业化的改革与社会主义市场经济体制改革的同步深化,运动员的道德观念正在受到挑战。在名利的驱动下,特别是受到西方的个人主义、拜金主义和享乐主义的冲击,引发一些运动员在世界观、人生观和价值观上出现了多元化的倾向。运动场上打骂裁判事件、兴奋剂事件、"假球"等严重违反体育道德规范的行为,不仅严重地败坏了体育运动的声望,制约了体育运动的健康发展。同时也是对我国精神文明的一种践踏,并且产生了负面的影响。在这种时代背景下,重新审视和完善运动员道德规范体系就成为历史的必然。With the development of sports professionalism reform and socialistic economic system reform, the athletes＇ ethics is challenged. Stimulated by fame and gain, especially individualism, money worship and gastronomy, the world view, life view and value of some athletes are undergoing various changes. The frequent occurrence of insulting referee during the match, doping and soccer fraud has influenced the prestige of sport and also restricted the healthy development of sport. It also has negative influence on the spiritual construction in China. Under such circumstances, it is necessary to review and improve the athletes＇ ethical standard system.
