浅析吴阶平临床医学人才标准

摘　　要：本文主要分析了吴阶平的临床医学人才标准。吴阶平认为，中国的临床医学人才应当具有高尚的职业道德和深厚的人文素养；扎实的临床医学知识和精湛的临床技能；较强的专业能力即解决实际问题的能力、临床医学思维的能力、体察病人身心状态的能力及沟通能力；优秀的医学人才要具备艺术服务的能力。This paper analysed WU Jie-gping＇s medical talent standard with the theory of the medical talents. It was founded that WU Jie-ping＇s medical talent standard were that the excellent doctors should have noble professionalism and high humanistic quality, solid and extensive clinical knowledge and skills, higher abilities of problem solving, clinical thinking, observation of patients and communication. Also the excellent doctors could be improved by themselves and emphasize on practice, thinking and knowledge together closely.
