摘 要:选用纤维状坡缕石、针状硅灰石、Kevlar纤维、钢纤维混杂作为增强组分,制备出酚醛树脂基制动摩擦材料,对其摩擦因数、磨损率和冲击强度等进行了研究。结果表明:该材料摩擦因数适宜,一般保持在0.35~0.50之间,且随温度的变化波动较小;其耐磨性能较好,特别是在高温条件下磨损率小;其冲击强度满足国标GBn257—1986的要求。Phenolic resin-based friction materials were manufactured with the mixture of fibrillar palygorskite, needle like wollastonite, Kevlar fibre and steel fibre as reinforcer. The friction coefficient, wear rate and impact strength of the materials were studied. The results showed that the friction coefficient was suitable, stable and remained at the range of 0. 35-0. 50. The wear-resisting performance was good and especially at high temperatures the wear rate was slight. The impact strength of the material satisfied the requirement of GBn257-1986.
