摘  要:分析比较了不同设计电动自行车用VRLA电池的循环放电与充电特性。试验结果表明容量值适当的蓄电池具有较长的循环寿命,充放比的合适范围是104%~106%。循环试验后期,过充电引起的失水非常严重。电动自行车用VRLA电池长期运行在部分充电状态下,负极板的不可逆硫酸盐化是影响电池寿命的主要因素。The cycle performance about charge and discharge of VRLA batteries adopted different designs was investigated in this paper. Test results show that battery with proper capacity had long cycle life. The suitable range of charge-to-discharge ratio was 104 %-106 %. Late in cycle test, a large amount of water loss was resulted from overcharging. VRLA batteries for electric bicycles have to operate for long-time at partial state of charge (PSoC). Irreversible sulfation on negative plates was main factor to influence the cycle life of batterie.
