摘  要:目的探讨肌肽复合物和新剂型碳酸氢钠的补充对人体无氧运动能力和乳酸代谢的影响。方法将驻京某部队27名男性士兵随机分为3组(对照组、肌肽复合物组、碳酸氢钠组),每组9人。所有受试者均完成一次基础测试(不服用任何样品)和一周后的实验测试。结果(1)肌肽复合物组、碳酸氢钠组平均功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)肌肽复合物组、碳酸氢钠组运动后10 min的血乳酸值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)运动后1 h、2 h的尿pH值,碳酸氢钠组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补充肌肽复合物和碳酸氢钠可提高1 min最大无氧运动能力、运动后10 min的血乳酸值。Objective: To investigate the impact of Carnosine complex and new sodium bicarbonate preparation administration on anaerobic capacity and lactic acid metabolism. Methods: Twenty - seven male soldiers were divided into three groups (Carnosine compound group, control group and sodium bicarbonate group, n=9 ). Each subject was requested to complete 2 tests. The first was the basic test without any samples, and the second was the experimental test and the interval time was 1 week. Results : ( 1 ) Average power of Carnosine compound group and sodium bicarbonate group improved compared with that of the control group. (2) The lactic acid values of Carnosine compound group and sodium bicarbonate group were apparently higher than those of the control group after exercise for 10 min. (3) After exercise for l h and 2h, the val- ues of urine pH of sodium bicarbonate group were higher than those of the control group and Carnosine compound group. Conclusion: Carnosine complex and new sodium bicarbonate preparation administration can improve 1 rain maximal anaerobic capacity and lOmin lactic acid value.
