摘  要:目的比较酚红比色法、离子选择电极法、酶法三种全自动测定血清碳酸氢根方法的可靠性及临床应用,为临床方法的选择和实验结果的评价提供理论依据。方法依据美国国家临床实验室标准委员会(NCCLS)有关文件对三种方法的线性、精密度、回收试验、对照试验、干扰试验、试剂稳定性方面进行比较。结果酚红比色法与离子选择性电极法、酶法比较,相关系数分别为0.9822和0.9813,碳酸氢根测定浓度在15-45 mmol/L时的预期相对偏差均值分别为1.64%和1.59%。在11.0-50.3 mmol/L实验范围内,三种方法线性关系良好,酚红比色法线性回归方程为y=0.014x-0.078,r=1.000;酶法线性回归方程为y=0.012x+0.015,r=0.9995;电极法线性回归方程为y=0.9869x-0.5876,r=0.9997。三种方法批内及批间不精密度均小于3.4%,平均回收率酚红比色法为99.2%,酶法99.1%,电极法100.1%。结论酚红比色法与电极法、酶法比较在线性、精密度、结果相关性方面均很好,具有可比性,且试剂稳定性和经济实用性明显优于酶法和电极法,是适合常规和急诊测定血清碳酸氢根的理想方法,值得推广应用。Objective : To compare the reliability of phenol red colormetric, electrodes and enzymatic methods in detecting serum bicarbonate. Methods: According to the NCCLS Documents, serum bicarbonate was measured respectively by phenol red colormetric, electrodes and enzymatic methods. The linearity, precision, recovery, comparison, interference and stabilility by the three methods were analyzed. Results: In the comparison between phenol red colormetric method and the other methods, the corrlative coefficency was 0. 9822 and 0. 9813, and the bias was 1.64% and 1.59% at 15 N45 mmol/L. The linearity was good by the three methods at 11 - 50.3 mmol/L, and the linear regression equations of phenol rod colormetric, enzymatic and electrodes methods were Y =0. 014x -0. 078, r = 1. 001, Y =0.012x +0.015. r =0.9995 and Y = 0.9869x - 0. 5876, r = 0. 9997. The imprecision within and between them was lower than 3.4% by the three methods. The average rates of recovery of phenol red colormetric, electrodes and enzymatic methods were 99.2%, 99.1% and 100.1%. Conclusion: The phenol red colormetric, electrodes and enzymatic methids have fairly high comparability, and the linearity, precision and comparsion of results meet the clinical needs. The regent of phenol red colormetric is more stable and economical than the other methods. It shows good clinical performance and is suitable for clinical use.
