摘　　要：利用Pro/E软件进行三维建模、通过仿真软件,对缸体零件铸造过程温度场进行计算机仿真。通过数据分析,初步判断铸造缺陷形式,并提出工艺优化方案。Simulation of temperature field during cylinder block casting solidifying is con- ducted in the way by using software Pro/E to build solid model of the casting, and using soft- ware FT-star to simulate temperature field. Analyzing result shows the formation of casting faults and countermeasures is put forward based on the simulation result.
