摘　　要：本文就如何在网络学院、教师、学生之间实现灵活多样的资源共享问题进行了探索,在改变传统的学校方面单向采购和发布资源的途径,建立多层次的资源共享和资源共建模式,丰富网上资源,提高资源利用率,方便教师,受益学生等方面作了有关论述,旨在促进各网络学院资源库建设得到可持续发展,优秀资源得到不断积累和广泛应用,并实现优势资源互补,以促进我国网络教育事业的发展。This paper discusses the problem that how to realize the resource sharing among network institution, teachers and students. The ways to solve this problem are changing the traditional way of purchasing and distributing resources by institution, establishing multiple-level resources sharing to enrich the network resources, improve the resource utility,and benefit students, developing various network institution resources sustainably thus to promote our country＇s network edcuation career.
