略论新形势下的大学生党员发展工作

摘　　要：在大学生中发展党员,是高校党建的一项基础性工作。高校要立足于党和国家事业的长远发展,着眼于青年学生的茁壮成长,针对新形势下面临的新问题,切实加强发展大学生党员工作。文章通过对高校学生党员发展工作中所存在的问题及现状的分析,提出了改进高校学生党员发展工作的有效对策。To recruit the party members among the undergraduates is a basic work of the communist party＇ s construction in the institutions of higher education. The institutions of higher education should practically strengthen the work of recruiting the party members among the undergraduates on the base of the long - term development of the party, having the young students＇strong growing in mind and in the light of the new problems to the new situation. This paper investigates the present situation and existing problems in the party construction among college students, and presentes effective measure for further improvements.
