摘　　要：劳动关系的和谐是社会和谐的基础,是企业正常发展、社会稳定和全面建设小康社会的根本保证。本文在综述现阶段国内外企业劳动关系评价指标研究成果的基础上,通过分析我国民营企业劳动关系的特点,提出了易于量化计算的民营企业劳动关系量化评价指标体系。The harmony of labor relation is the foundation of the harmony and stabilization of our society . It is the guarantee of developing enterprises and comprehensive construction of our well-off society. This article is based on the collection of up-to-date domestic and foreign researches on labor relation evaluation index system of enterprises. It has analysed the traits of labor relation of national Non-state owned enterprises in order to bring forward the quantitative evaluation index system that can evaluate the labor relation in quantitative analysis.
