摘　　要：上市公司引进国际战略者本质上也是一种投资行为,同样需要象固定资产投资一样作后评价,以防范战略投资者的机会主义行为,减少潜伏的风险,促进预期目标的实现。构建了一个模糊综合后评价模型,并进行了应用实例研究。The introduction of international strategic by listed companies is a kind of investment, which needs post - evaluation as investment in fixed assets, in order to prevent acts of strategic investors＇ opportunism, to reduce potential risks, and to facilitate the expected goal. So this paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and studies the application of case.
