摘　　要：创新平台是由创新网络、知识库、技术基础设施等组成的核心层与由学习型组织及创新型文化等组成的支撑层所构成的创新管理系统,实现企业的个体和组织创新资源以及内外创新资源的互动,推动组织学习和个体学习的持续进行,进而提升企业创新能力和水平、促进企业可持续成长。Innovation platform is important in supporting enterprises＇sustainable growth and is an innovation management system consisting of the core layer which includes innovation network, knowledge base and learning system, as well as the supporting layer which includes technical infrastructure and innovation culture. Innovation platform can help realize interaction between internal and external resources of an enterprise to improve innovation ability and to promote enterprises＇ sustainable growth.
