摘　　要：目的了解安徽省农村寄宿制学校学生吸烟、饮酒行为流行现状及其影响因素,为健康危害行为的干预提供依据。方法采用无记名方式,对安徽省农村寄宿制学校小学五年级到高三年级样本人群共3 834名进行问卷调查,评定其吸烟与饮酒情况。结果农村寄宿制学生13岁前吸烟的报告率为19.9%,近期吸烟报告率为6.0%;13岁前饮酒报告率为45.4%,近期饮酒报告率为13.1%。多因素Logistic回归结果显示,租房和生活满意度分别是学生近期吸烟和饮酒行为的危险因素和保护因素。结论应加强对租房学生预防烟酒滥用的教育与管理,提高学生的幸福感。Objective To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of smoking and drinking among rural boarding school students in Anhui province and to provide reference for intervention.Methods A total of 3 834 rural boarding school students were anonymously investigated from grade 5 to senior 3 in Anhui province by questionnaire about smoking,drinking and the relatively influencing factors.And their school life satisfaction which influenced smoking and drinking behaviors was estimated.Results The prevalence of smoking before 13 years old and the near-term smoking was 19.9% and 6.0% respectively.The prevalence of drinking before 13 years old and the near-term drinking was 45.4% and 13.1% respectively.Logistic regression analysis revealed that living in rented house had a higher risk of the near-term smoking and drinking,and school life satisfaction was the protective factor of the near-term smoking and drinking.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen education and management of students who live in rented house to prevent tobacco and alcohol abuse,and to improve their sense of well-being.
