摘  要:目的比较不同提取方法对甘草黄酮含量和抗氧化活性的影响。方法采用常规法、超声波、微波、超声-微波协同萃取4种不同提取方法提取甘草黄酮,用分光光度法测定其含量;用活性氧法测定黄酮粗品的抗氧化活性。结果4种方法提取的甘草黄酮含量分别为1.78%,1.85%,1.92%,2.04%。抗氧化活性为常规水浴提取法>微波提取法>超声波提取法>超声-微波协同萃取法。结论超声-微波协同萃取法提取甘草黄酮效果好。4种提取方法所得的甘草黄酮粗品均具有较强的抗氧化作用。Objective To compare the effect of different extraction methods on the content of flavonoids and antioxidant activity from Glycyrrhiza. Methods Water bath method, ultrasonic, microwave and ultrasonic - microwave synergistic extraction technology were used in the flavonoids extraction, and colorimetry was used to determine the content. Active oxygen content was used to determine its antioxidant activity. Results The content of flavonoids were : 1.78%, 1.85%, 1.92% ,2.04% respectively. Antioxidant activity of different methods were : water bath extraction 〉 microwave extraction 〉 ultrasonic extraction 〉 ultrasonic - microwave synergistic extraction. Conclusion Ultrasonic - microwave synergistic extraction technology applied in extracting flavonoids from Glycyrrhiza is better than the others. The extract got from the four methods all have great anti - oxidation.
