摘  要:目的考察丹参中水溶性成分与脂溶性成分的含量及其抑菌作用。方法采用HPLC法测定丹参素、原儿茶醛和丹参酮ⅡA含量;以平板二倍稀释法统计最小抑菌浓度(MIC),探讨其体外抑菌作用。结果丹参水溶性成分和脂溶性成分均对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株、临床株;大肠埃希菌标准株;铜绿杆菌标准株;大肠杆菌临床株1、临床株2有抑菌作用,两种抑菌药液均对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株、临床株作用最强,对大肠埃希菌标准株作用相对较弱;水溶性成分的抑菌作用强于脂溶性成分。结论丹参水溶性成分与脂溶性成分均具有一定的抑菌活性,提示该作用可进一步开发利用。Objective To investigate the content of liposoluble and hydrosoluble constituents in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and its antibacterial effect. Methods The contents of danshensu, protocateehualdehyde and salviol ⅡA were determined by HPLC and the antimicrobial effect was obseved according to MIC by the method of plate doubling - dilution. Results The liposoluble and hydrosoluble constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. had some inhibition on all bacterial species in our experiments, especially the strongest on Staphylococcus aureus, the weakest on Bacillus coli; moreover, the hydrosoluble constituent had stronger effect than the liposoluble one. Conclusion The antibacterial active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. need to make better use.
