摘 要:目的观察茶多酚对豚鼠胆石症的干预作用,探讨茶多酚干预豚鼠胆囊结石形成的生理机制。方法用致石饲料建立豚鼠胆色素结石模型,用药组用1%的茶多酚作为唯一饮用水进行饲喂,比较各组豚鼠的成石率,并检测血脂、胆囊炎症、自由基的表达等指标。结果茶多酚的饲喂使致石饲料诱导的豚鼠胆色素结石的发生率明显降低,用药组与模型组相比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对各组动物血清和胆汁的生化指标检测表明,茶多酚的饲喂改善了胆色素结石模型豚鼠的血脂代谢,减轻了胆囊炎症,降低了胆汁自由基的水平。结论茶多酚可能是绿茶中干预结石形成的主要活性成分,并可应用于胆石症的预防和早期治疗,且茶多酚干预胆囊结石形成的药理作用与其主要药理活性相一致。Objective To observe the protective effects of tea polyphenols on cholelithiasis intervention and to explore its physiological machanisms. Methods Model cholelithiasis guinea pigs were established by special lithiasis diet, and 1% (w/v) tea polyphenols was administrated in the low and high dosage group as sole drinking water for therapy . Results Incidences of gallstone formation decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with the model group(P 〈 0.05) . Further investigation indicated that plasma lipid metabolism was improved , gallbladder inflammation was reduced, and gallbladder oxygen stress was lessened because of chronic tea polyphenols administration. Conclusion Tea polyphenols was useful in gallstone prevention and early treatmemt and the mechanisms of its gallstone prevention were consisted with the major bioactivity of tea polyphenols.
