摘 要:针对三相大功率整流技术存在谐波含量多、功率因数不高等问题,为减少谐波电流对电网的干扰,解决高频脉宽调制(Pulse-Width Modulation,PWM)整流成本高、开关损耗大、效率不高的问题,首先分析多脉波整流器的移相变压器结构和绕组连接方式,结果表明自耦变压器具有理想的输入特性指标,等效视在功率大大小于变压器输出功率,可减小变压器体积并降低价格;然后分析基于自耦变压器移相方式的18脉波整流系统的工作原理及特性,并利用Matlab/Simulink对设计的电路结构进行仿真验证,结果表明该自耦变压器等效视在功率仅为输出功率的16%,网侧输入电流中仅含18k±1次特征谐波,比12脉波整流波形质量得到进一步提高.Towards the problems such as many harmonic waves and low power factor with three-phase high-power rectifier, to decrease the disturbance caused by harmonic current and solve the issues that high-frequency Pulse-Width Modulation(PWM) rectifier is limited by its high cost, high switch loss and low efficiency, the phase-shifting transformer structure and transformer connections of multi-pulse rectifier are analyzed. The analysis indicates that the auto-transformer has excellent input factor and the required equivalent apparent power is much less than its output power, thus the size and price of the transformer can be reduced. Then the 18-pulse rectification system based on phase-shifting auto-transformer is analyzed and the designed circuit is simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The experiment shows that the equivalent apparent power is only 16% of output power. Meanwhile, only 18k ± 1 of characteristic harmonics exists in the input current, and the waveform quality is further improved than that of 12-pulse rectifier.
