摘　　要：建立第三方物流企业信息系统,是中国物流企业获得竞争优势的必由之路。当前存在的问题是:现有系统不能适应管理的需要,信息系统的建设资金投入力度不够,信息系统缺乏总体规划的指导,队伍建设不够。实现第三方物流信息化的途径是:把握第三方物流企业信息化建设的阶段性,建立物流企业信息化的组织保障,建设标准化数据库,制定出第三方物流信息化发展规划,建立和完善信息化技术支撑体系,加强人才的培养。The only way to gain a competitive advantage of China＇s logistics enterprises is to set up thirdparty logistics enterprise information systems. The present problems are： the existing systems cannot meet the needs of management; the construction of information system lacks of sufficient funding and overall planning guide; the training of staff is not enough. The ways to achieve third-party logistics informationization are： grasp the information construction stage, establish organization security of logistics enterprises, set up standardized database, draw up third-party logistics information technology development plan, establish and improve information technical support system, and strengthen personnel training.
