摘　　要：最近三年电气自动化专业就业岗位群分布状况统计分析表明,苏州及周边地区电气自动化专业的岗位群可定位于工业电气控制类。根据岗位群分布状况,探讨了能力培养体系、课程体系和实验教学体系三个方面的改革思路。The statistics of employment during the latest three years show that occupation cluster of electrical automation in Suzhou and the proximity can be classified as electrial control. The reform proposal in three aspects including the ability training system, the reform of curriculum system and the experiment system, which is discussed according to the distribution of occupation cluster.
