摘　　要：随着反向遗传学技术的兴起和发展,RNA分子体外操作已经成为可能,并且技术日臻完善。反向遗传操作技术的关键就是构建RNA病毒的感染性分子克隆,在DNA分子水平上对其进行体外操作,从而研究病毒结构与功能的方法。作者对感染性克隆的构建方法及感染性体外转录方法作一综述。Following the rise and developmemt of reverse genetics technique, it become possible to work with RNA mole cule in vitro. The construction infectious molecular clone of RNA virus and operation in DNA the key to reverse genetics technique. Thevirus＇ ~s structure and function can be studied by this way. constructing infectious clone and in vitro transcription were reviewed.
