缩短凯氏定氮法消化时间的探讨

摘　　要：将过氧化氢溶液应用于凯氏定氮法的消化过程中，消化时间由原来的2．5～3h缩短至1h。试验结果表明，此方法快速简便、精密准确。Hydrogen peroxide was used in digesting of Kjeldahl determination, the digestive time of Kjeldahl determination reduced from 2.5-3 h to 1 h. The testing results indicated that Kjeldahl determination is fast and simple, accurate and exact.
