摘　　要：组织文化在高校管理创新中起着基础性作用。坚持"以人为本",从高校组织的精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化四个层面来推进高校创新管理。Organizational culture plays a fundamental role in the creative management of university. This article puts forward ＂people-oriented＂ way in creative management of university from spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavior culture and material culture.
