摘　　要：目的探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科处理。方法回顾分析32例左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的外科治疗。结果一期切除吻合25例，一期切除近端造口5例，单纯造口2例。伤口感染5例，术后吻合口瘘1例，死亡1例。结论重视围手术期处理，根据患者具体情况选择手术方式。在条件允许的情况下，一期切除吻合是安全可行的。Objective To explore the principle and method of surgical management of acute obstruction caused by left colonic carci - noma. Methods Clinical data of 32 patients with acutely obstructed carcinoma of the left colon were analyzed retrospectively. Results Single - stage resection and anastomosis were performed in 25 cases. Anastomotic leakage occurred in 1 case and 1 patient died postoperatively. Conclusion Special attention should be paid to perioperative management. The rational operation procedure should be selected depends on the patients general condition and local condition of the carcinoma. If it is an indication, one - stage resection and anastomosis are safety and reliable.
