摘　　要：以人为本是马克思和恩格斯研究哲学基本问题的最终结论,是中国化马克思主义哲学的本质和核心.是社会主义现代化建设的最高价值。以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央明确提出科学发展观是指导发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,以人为本是科学发展观的本质和核心.在哲学上是对马克思主义哲学主题的升华。Taking the people as a dominant factor is the final conclusion of the philosophy of Marx and Engles, and it is the essence and core of Chinese Marxist philosophy and the highest value of socialist modernization. The scientific view of development, which is proposed by Mr. Hu Jintao, the General Secretary of the Party, is the con- centrated expression of the world view and methodology. Taking the people as a dominant factor is the essence and core of the scientific view of development, and it is the sublimation of Marist philosophy.
