摘　　要：高校和谐校园建设不仅关系到学校自身的发展,更关系到整个和谐社会的构建。在阐释和谐校园基本内涵的基础上,分析了高校和谐校因建设中存在的不和谐因素,并从"优化决策机制,提高建设能力;倡导先进文化,营造人文氛围;创新工作机制,形成制度体系;坚持以人为本,构筑人际关系"等方面提出了高校建设和谐校园的实现途径。More than being related with the development of the university itself, the harmonious campus construction related with the construction of harmonious society seriously. This paper explains the basic connotation of the harmonious campus, analyses some disharmonious factors existed in the construction of harmonious campus, and puts forward several ways to implement the harmonious campus construction from some aspects, such as improving the constructing capacity by optimizing the decision-making mechanism, building humanity environment by sparkpluging advanced culture, forming systems by innovating work mechanism, and building relationship by adhering to human-oriented.
