摘 要:应用动态压力传感器测试了静推力和倒车状态下一导管螺旋桨导管内壁脉动压力,介绍了试验设备、方法和数据处理方法,并对其沿螺旋桨轴向的分布规律、频率和幅值特性进行了分析。结果表明:导管内壁压力脉动主要出现在内壁桨叶和整流叶片所在区,其最大脉动值可达静压的3倍,内壁其它区域压力脉动较小;其脉动频率主要是桨叶频率及其倍频,叶频率幅值在内壁桨叶和整流叶片所在区也比其它区域大。Duct of duct-propeller bears great dynamic pressure and load. Life-span of duct is affected by the dynamic pressure and load to great extent. The research on its dynamic pressure and load is very important for design of duct-propeller. In this paper,the dynamic pressure of duet of duct-propeller was measured in static propelling condition and back-propelling condition with dynamic pressure transducer. The experimental device, experimental method and the method dealing with data were described. The distribution along the axes direction and the characteristics of frequency and module of dynamic pressure on inner surface of duct were analyzed. It is shown from the resuhs that the dynamic pressure on the inner surface of duct appears in the section of the leaves of propeller and stators behind propeller, which may be as 3 times great as static pressure in the same section, is far greater than in the other section. The frequencies of dynamic pressure are mainly propeller' s leaffrequency and it's several times frequencies, and the module of dynamic pressure in the leaf-frequency in the leaf-stator-section along the axes-direction is far greater than other section.
