摘 要:目的:建立面粉制品中溴酸盐残留的离子色谱测定方法。方法:样品经水提取,C18固相萃取小柱和银柱联合净化处理后进行色谱分析,采用IonPac AS19型阴离子分离柱(250 mm×2 mm)和ASRS-ULTRAII 2 mm阴离子抑制器,经氢氧化钾溶液梯度洗脱后,以ED50抑制电导检测器进行检测。结果:溴酸盐在0-200.0 mg/L具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.01 mg/kg,回收率为82.8%-101.0%,RSD小于5.0%。结论:建立的方法可满意地用于面粉制品中溴酸盐残留的测定,具有操作简便、快速、准确的优点。Objective:To establish an analytical method for the determination of bromate residue in flour products by ion chromatography(IC).Methods:The bromate was extracted from sample by water,cleaned up by a C18 solid-phase extraction(SPE) column and a silver column,then determined by ion chromatography coupled with a ED50 suppressed conductivity detector.The chromatographic separation was performed on an IonPacAS19 analytical column(250 mm×2.0 mm i.d.,5 μm) and an IonPacAS19 guard column(50 mm×2.0 mm i.d.,5 μm) with an ASRS-ULTRAII 2 mm Suppressor by the gradient potassium hydroxide eluent.Results:The linear range was 0-200.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991,the limit of quantitation was found to be 0.01 mg/kg.The extraction recoveries were between 82.8%-101.0%,the RSD was less than 5.0%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
