摘  要:目的:探讨葡萄籽提取物和大豆磷脂混合制剂对老龄大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:将48只雄性老龄大鼠按血清丙二醛水平随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和老龄对照组,连续灌胃60 d后,测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果:与老龄对照组比较,高剂量组可使血清MDA含量显著降低;中剂量组和高剂量组显著升高血清SOD活性;GSH-Px活性无明显变化。结论:葡萄籽提取物和大豆磷脂混合制剂具有抗氧化功能。Objective:To study the effects of compounds of soybean phospholipid and extract of grape seed on antioxidative functions of old rats.Methods:48 old male rats were divided into low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group and old control group at random according to MDA content in serum.MDA content,SOD and GSH-Px activities in serum were determined after giving test substances by intragastrical gavage for 60 days.Results:MDA content in high dose group decreased significantly,SOD activities in medium and high dose group increased significantly by comparing with old control group;GSH-Px activities were not different among the four groups.Conclusion:Compounds of soybean phospholipid and extracts of grape seed have effects on antioxidation of old rats.
