摘　　要：铝合金轮毂铸造生产中,其主要工艺参数的控制精度要求很高,目前尚无符合要求的国产设备。本文介绍了一种采用PLC模糊控制技术的自动控制系统及其在汽车轮毂系统中的应用,实践证明其控制效果尤其对铝液温控效果优于国内外同类系统。Cast aluminum alloy wheels production, the main technological parameters of control precision is demanding, No to meet the requirements of domestic equipment. In this paper, introduced a fuzzy control technology used PLC automatic control system and the application in the car wheels system. Practice has proven its effectiveness in particular effect on the temperature of molten aluminum is better than similar systems at home and abroad.
