摘  要:本文首先从被测对象的特征出发分析了接触式测量存在的问题,提出了用非接触式测量法来测量此对象。接着阐述了非接触式测量中边缘检测和微元法测量长度的原理。在此基础上,以DSPTMS320LF2407为核心,给出了该系统的硬件和软件设计。最后分析了该系统的测量时间和测量精度。该系统已用于工业产品测量,测量结果表明该系统稳定可靠,测量数据准确。Basing on the characters of the measured object, this paper firstly analyses the problems of touching measuring, and brings the un-touching measuring to measure the measured object. Then, this paper explains the principle of edge detecting and differential method in length measuring, which used in un-touching measuring. Basing on this and taking DSP TMS320LF2407 as the center, this paper displays the hardware and software design of this system. Lastly, this paper analyses the system's measuring time and measuring precision. The system has been being used in industrial product's measuring. The measuring result makes clear that this system is steady and credible, and the measuring data is exact.
