摘　　要：目的:探讨膜转运蛋白MRP1、LRP和BCRPmRNA在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床预后意义。方法:用RT-PCR法检测60例NSCLC患者癌组织及癌旁组织中MRP1、LRP和BCRPmRNA的表达。用t检验、方差分析、秩相关分析、Kaplan-Meier生存曲线和COX多因素回归分析进行统计分析。结果:MRP1和LRPmRNA在NSCLC中的表达量高于癌旁组织(P=0.02和P=0.000),癌组织中两者表达呈正相关(rs=0.530,P=0.000),BCRPmRNA在癌组织中表达量低于癌旁组织(P=0.042)。不同组织类型中,肺腺癌LRPmRNA表达量高于鳞癌(P=0.02);不同临床分期癌组织中MRP1、LRP和BCRPmRNA表达均无差异。预后分析显示MRP1mRNA低表达组患者生存期明显长于高表达组(P=0.023),MRP1mRNA高表达是影响NSCLC患者预后的独立因素。结论:MRP1、LRP和BCRPmRNA在NSCLC组织中有不同程度的表达。MRP1mRNA表达水平与患者生存期相关,可作为判断NSCLC患者预后的一项指标。Objective：To investigate the expression levels of MRP1,LRP and BCRPmRNA in patients with non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） as well as their clinical prognostic significance. Methods：RT-PCR method were used to detect the expression levels of MRP1, LRP and BCRPmRNA in tissues samples and corresponding adjacent normal lung tissues of 60 patients with NSCLC. T-Test,One-Way ANOVA,rank correlation,Kaplan-Meier survival curve,and COX multivariate regress/on analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results：The expression levels of MRPland LRPmRNA were higher in NSCLC tissues than that in normal lung tissues （P = 0.02 and P = 0.000）. There were significant correlations between intratumoral expressions of MRPlmRNA and LRPmRNA （rs= 0.530,P = 0.000）. The expression level of BCRPmRNA was lower in NSCLC tissues than that in normal lung tissues （P = 0.042）. LRPmRNA expression level was higher in lung adenocareinomas than in squamous carcinoma （P = 0.02）. None of them were related to clinical TNM stage. The patients with low expression of MRPlmRNA had significantly longer survival time than those with high expression of MRPlmRNA （P = 0.023）. COX multivariate regression analysis showed that expression of MRPlmRNA was an independent prognostic factor for NSCLC. Conclusion： MRP1, LRP and BCRPmRNA were expressed in various degrees in NSCLC tissues. The expression level of MRPlmRNA was related to overall survival time of NSCLC. MRPlmRNA expressions can be used as a prognostic predictor for NSCLC.
