摘  要:探讨了固定化C.antarctica脂肪酶催化高酸废油脂与甲醇合成生物柴油,通过脂肪酶酯交换工艺路线进行催化合成生物柴油的研究,系统研究了甲醇的加入方式、反应体系中的水、游离脂肪酸对反应的影响。结果表明,一次性加入等摩尔当量的甲醇,对脂肪酶的活性具有一定的抑制作用,两次等当量加入甲醇,最终酯化率可达90.6%;当反应体系中的水含量低于0.1%时,水对酶反应速率和甲酯产量影响甚小,而水含量高于0.1%时,酶反应速率和甲酯产率随着水含量的增加而降低;游离脂肪酸对反应的影响较小,固定化C.antarctica脂肪酶的催化稳定性和使用寿命至少达100 d。To explore the transesterification of waste oil with high acid value and methanol catalyzed by immobilized Candida Antarctica lipase to synthesize biodiesel, the effects of the molar ration of substrate, water, and free fatty acids in the reaction system on the tranesterification were studied. Results show that the transesterification degree with twice addition of methanol of equal ration can reach up to 90.6 % ; water has little influence on the reaction when water content is lower than 0.1%, whereas above this value both methylester (ME) yield and reaction rate decrease with increasing water content; free fatty acid has little influence on the reaction. The usage life and the operation stabihty of the immobilized C. Antarctica lipase could be at least 100d without significant activity decrease in the reaction system.
