摘　　要：目的:通过对移民城市——深圳的户籍育龄人群地中海贫血(简称地贫)筛查结果的分析,了解我国部分省份育龄人群地贫携带状况。方法:对3068名来自下列省的深户籍育龄夫妇的地中海贫血筛查结果进行了分析比较。结果:地贫携带率分别为广东11.0%;广西12.0%;福建5.6%;湖南5.0%;江西3.8%;四川(含重庆)3.3%;江浙(江苏和浙江合起来)2.7%;湖北2.0%;河南1.4%;山东0.8%;陕西0.6%。结论:为预防地中海贫血提供有效依据,提高预防意识,避免出生缺陷,提高出生人口质量。Objectives： This study aims at understanding the Mediterranean anemia carrier rate among women at child - beating age in some Chinese cities and provinces by screening the population in Shenzhen a migration city. Methods： Analysis and comparison were made among people in Shenzhen who are screened for Mediterranean anemia carriers. Results： The cartier rates for people coming from different provinces are 12% from Guangxi, 5.6% from Fujian, 5.0% from Hunan, 3.8% from Jiangxi, 1.4% from Henan, 0.8% for Shandong, 0.6% from Shanxi. Conclusion： This study will provide references for the prevention of Mediterranean anemia, for the arousal of prevention awareness, for the prevention of birth defects, and for the improvement of population quality.
