摘　　要：目的:探索在宫颈癌变过程中E-cadherin、Snail的变化规律及二者之间的关系和临床意义。方法:选取宫颈组织标本共115例,用免疫组化SP法检测宫颈不同组织学阶段标本中E-cadherin、Snail蛋白的表达情况,分析其与临床肿瘤发生、发展的关系。结果:随着由慢性宫颈炎向宫颈上皮内瘤样病变乃至宫颈癌的逐步发展,E-cadherin蛋白的阳性表达逐渐减弱,Snail蛋白的阳性表达逐渐增强,各种组织间均存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);E-cadherin蛋白表达Snail的蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:Snail在慢性宫颈炎组织,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN),宫颈癌3个组织学阶段表达逐渐增强,E-cadherin在这3个阶段表达递减,其改变使癌细胞易于从癌组织上脱落,进而浸润、转移,Snail调节E-cadherin的表达。Objective：To investigate the changes of E- cadherin and Snail in cervical cancers and their relationships and the clinical significance. Methyls：The expression of E- cadherin and Snail in 115 eases of cervical tissues was detected by SP methods. Their relationship with genesis and development of tumors was analyzed. Results： With the development of chronic cervieitis to cervical intraepithelial tumorlike lesion（ CIN） to cervical cancer, the positive expression of E - cadherin was decreased and the positive expression of Snail was increased, the difference between various tissues was signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. The expression of E- cadherin was negatively related to that of Snail（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： In tissues of chronic cervieitis and CIN and cervical cancer, the expression of E- cadherin is gradually decreased and the expression of Snail is gradually in creased, which in- duced tumor cells easy to fall off, then infiltrate and metastasize, Snail regulates the expression of E- eadherin.
