摘　　要：目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的术前诊惭疗法。方法：回顾性分析我院2003年1月～2006年12月间28例GIST的临床资料。结果：其中21例行胃肠道造影（GT）检查,诊断13例,诊断阳性率为61%;15例行CT检查,诊断12例,阳性率为80%。结论：GT检查有部分GIST病人漏诊,CT在术前诊断方面有较大的实用价值。Objective： To investigate the clinical diagnosis preoperatively of gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST）. Methods： Twenty-eight cases of GIST between 2003.01 and 2006.12 wele retrospectively reviewed. Result： 13 cases were preoperatively confirmed by GI in the total of 21 cases, 12 cases by CT in the total of 15. accuracy rate Was 61% and 80 % respectively. Conclusion： CT demonstrated more great significance in preoperative diagnosis while there were more cases failing to diagnose in GI.
