摘　　要：目的：探讨面颊瘘病因、临床表现、治疗措施、预防方法。方法：分析2000-2007年诊治的45例面颊瘘。结果：牙源性感染是引起面颊瘘的主要原因。结论：正确彻底治疗牙源性感染是预防面颊痿的主要方法。Objective. To explore the causes, clinical manifestation, treatment and prevention ways of cheek fistula Methotis： 45 cases of cheek fistula treated between 2000 and 2007 are analyzed. Results： The main cause is odontogenic infection. Condusion： The main method of preventing cheek fistula is curing odontogenic infection right and completely.
