摘 要:目的:研究非影像手术导航系统对股骨头表面假体植入精确度的影响。方法:8具尸体(16髋)在导航系统下进行股骨头表面置换术,术中设定髋最佳植入柄颈角为0,°根据导航系统显示的柄干角植入假体。术后根据X线片测定假体植入的角度。对术中、术后获得的假体数据进行统计学分析。结果:术中、术后获得的假体柄颈角、柄干角差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:非影像手术导航系统下可以精确地植入假体,减少假体松动的发生,具有重要的临床价值。Objective: To study the accuracy of the computer-aided surgical navigation system in femoral head surface component placement. Methods:Femoral head resurfacing operations were performed on l b hips of 8 human cadavers using the non-image based surgical navigation system. The femoral component was placed in a best stem-neck angle of 0° as designed and the prostheses planted according to the stemgraft angle shown by the navigation system. The postoperative component position was measured by X-ray. The data obtained during and after the operation were subjected to statistical analyses. Results: There were no statistically significant differences between the data obtained at two different times (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion :The femoral head surface prostheses can be planted accurately by the non-image based surgical navigation system, which reduces the possibility of loose prostheses and has an important clinical value.
