兔视交叉上核对眼压的调控作用

摘  要:目的探索兔视交叉上核对眼压的调控作用。方法将15只兔随机分成3组,每组5只。A组为兔双侧视交叉上核毁损后,测量24h眼压;B组为兔置于持续黑暗环境中饲养20d后,测量24h眼压;C组为正常对照。结果正常兔眼压具有明显的昼夜节律。兔处于暗处的两次眼压平均值为(17.15±0.55)mmHg,明显高于处于明处的眼压平均值(14.15±0.78)mmHg(P<0.05);双侧视交叉上核毁损后兔眼压失去节律性,暗处(14.78±0.33)mmHg,明处(14.50±0.23)mmHg;置于持续黑暗环境的兔眼压仍保持一定的节律性,与原有节律稍有偏移。结论兔眼压和全身其它器官的功能一样受视交叉上核的调控,但这种调控也和光照有关。Objective To investigate the regulation of suprachiasmatic nucleus on intraocular pressure in rabbits. Methods Fifteen rabbits were randomly derided into 3 groups with 5 rabbits each. Both suprachiasmatic nucleus in group A were destroyed,and intraocular pressure(IOP) was measured for 24 h. The rabbits in group B were put in the constant dark cags for 20 days, and then IOP was measured for 24 h. Group C was taken as the control. Results IOP of group C was changed on the day and at night with an averaged presure of ( 17. 15±0.55 )mm Hg at dark and ( 14.15±0. 78) mmHg at bright. The change of IOP in group A lost the rhythm from dark to bright [(14.78±0. 33) mmHg vs. (14. 50±0. 23) mmHg]. The rhythm of IOP change from dark to bright was maintained with a slight deviation from the normal. Conclusion IOP rhythm of rabbits was controlled by the suprachiasmatic nucleus, but still related with light stimulus.
