摘  要:目的:探讨低场MR线激发弥散成像(LSDI)鉴别颅内囊性病变的价值。方法:回顾性分析49例经临床及病理证实的颅内囊性病变患者,行MR平扫、线激发弥散成像(LSDI)及增强MR检查。分析颅内囊性病变的DWI信号特征,比较脑脓肿和肿瘤DWI信号的差别。结果:LSDI脑脓肿13例均为高信号;环行强化瘤腔内1例(1/26)为高信号,25例(25/26)为低信号;6例蛛网膜囊肿LSDI均为低信号,4例表皮样囊肿LSDI均为高信号。结论:低场MR系统,可利用LSDI进行颅内囊性病变的诊断与鉴别诊断。Objective:To evaluate the value of low field-strength MR line scan diffusion imaging (LSDI) on the differential diagnosis of intracranial cystic lesions. Methods: 49 patients with surgically and pathologically confirmed intracranial cystic lesions undewent conventional MRI, DWI, and contrast enhanced MRI examination. The signal characteristics of intracranial cystic lesions on DWI were analysed retrospectively. Results: 13 brain abscesses showed hyperintense signal on LSDI; Among 26 brain tumors, one brain gliomas was hyperintense signal, the otlier brain tumors showed hypointense signal. Conclusion: LSDI on low field-strength MR makes an important contribution to the differentiation of intracranial cystic lesions.
